We are actively seeking a different platform all together at this point.

We are really struggling to solve this issue because notifications are critical for us, but Edge and Windows 10 are simply not working together. I feel like products are promoted before they are ready, launched not even close to being properly tested, and then left with a lot to be desired. In closing, I think Microsoft execution is just not good enough. I suppose there is a federation issue, but this is only conjecture because no one on your support staff can help me. Additionally, I can then load one of the other Microsoft 365 email accounts and it will load the other Microsoft 365 email account. What becomes increasingly frustrating is that I can open the PWA for and sometimes if will load my Microsoft 365 (small business) email account. For example, I created a PWA using Edge for an account and 2 more PWA's for two separate Microsoft 365 (small business) Exchange e-mail accounts, both of the same domain, but with different user names. This setup works seamlessly in theory, but again after a few days not only do notifications stop showing on Windows 10 desktop (latest build), but our PWA's seem to get confused about which system they are signed into. Therefore, at any given time one of us may have installed, using Edge (latest build), several PWAs linked to various Microsoft hosted e-mail accounts, both 365 and as mentioned previously. What has become even more frustrating is that a number of us use or Microsoft 365 Exchange as Progressive Web Apps (PWA). However, after a few days they simply stopped notifying us for not only mail but calendar events, too. Of course, we then tried to toggle the show notification switches off, both in Edge (Chromium) and Windows 10 settings, and they once again started to work.

Nothing changed on our end in regards to software upgrades, etc. Initially notifications worked for approximately 4-5 days, and then they just stopped. We have moved away from the desktop version of Outlook and started to use Microsoft Edge and as a PWA. This is quite a frustrating experience for a lot of us at our organization.
